Everything was amazing 🤩..hotel is situated between centrum and train station..you go up to hill (is the center of town) 🤩 you go down cross the street you have BK fast food..walking 40 minutes you arrive at train station ..you have restaurants nearby…everything was good 🤩🤩🤩

Well, Hotel do it's job and would recommend it to my friends. Great location - 5 mins to U4 station(goes directly to city center), Burger King/Gas station(Billa market) across the street, markets and many tasty food around. Reasonable price to hotel's offer. Curse and blessing is metro near the hotel. Metro tracks goes next to the hotel windows and during day or evening it's a bit nosie. If there is any intention to open the window - forget about peaceful rest. Bathroom walls could take some refresh. Yes, we picked up option about skip some cleaning days, but we recived them anyway(it's not a problem), just weired thing is to clean all the room(bathroom included), just forgot to take out the rubish. That situation was just once, next day and day after everything was very good. Overall room condition and staff was very good. Just try to avoid little misses and keep work about visual impresion of guests. Hotel condition is visable a specialy about floor corridores(need some refresh). Breakfast was tasty, but food selection & variety could be better. Curse for me is scramble eggs from steam machine, not in tradition way. Everything was fresh and hot(or at least warm). Big thing which You can consider to do some better variety of fresh fruits(know it's not a good time, but still). Sad thing, we hadn't eat our last breakfast in our departure day, becasue of leaving time(5:45). We asked twice about option to prepare lunch box. By the check in we had info about possibily of meal box(can't remember but I didn't say exact time, just "about 6 am") . Unfortunaly day before our leaving we asked at the reception and we found out that breakfast staff comes to work about 6 am and it is impossible to sort it out. That's fine, We hadn't bad feelings about that. Sad thing was, we were leaving hotel aprox. 5:40 and saw breakfast staff preparing meal buffet... Overall I would recommend this hotel for weekend or few days stay. Location is a hugh advantage. Thanks for the service!

Everything was awesome, and if I could say something that the only drawback is that there’s no fridge in the room! but the reception kept my stuff in them fridge! You guys awesome !!!!

The hotel is cool, nice, modern. The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the main station, one tram ride. There is a metro/public transport near the hotel. Comfortable beds, clean room. Water with glasses and a coffee maker in the room One sliding door for the bathroom and the toilet. There is a short screen in the shower so that when you shower, the water is outside Unpleasant maid when leaving the room

Great hotel to stay for a lovely weekend away in Vienna- location, public transport connection, breakfast… all was wonderful! Thank you for making our stay special!

Very good experience in general. Convenient location outside city center and near metro station. Condition was good, only room door was not able to close well and required slamming.

The room was almost perfect. Soft and clean beds, nice bathroom. But in our room the AC was on the whole time and we couldn't turn it off. Somehow it was not cold, but pretty loud. Also the sliding door to the toilet is not the best decision. Besides, the breakfast delicious. All in all we enjoyed our stay, I can recommend this hotel.

The location of hotel is great, 3-4 minutes walk to ubahn station. Only con is position of the hotel, which is near the bridge where trains are driving and can be a little bit noisy.

The room was very clean and comfy, the location very good near public transportation, the staff was very polite and helpful. Only minus tha toilet door. In general very very good ! Keep up the good work !

Room was nice, even though the window headed into street with lots of cars and underground trains, it was pleasent and quiet, we could sleep very well. Only thing which was confusing - there were no towels in our room as we checked-in. But it was quickly solved by the staff. We were very satisfied and we would come back in future.

The room was exactly like the photos we have seen on the internet, transportation was super close to the hotel and generally we had a very good experience. Surely we recommend it to everyone who wants quality and don't want to spend to much money.

The stay at your hotel was pleasant for us. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. The service providers at the reception were courteous and efficient. Our only disappointment was the design of the bathroom and shower. It is impossible to close both the toilet and the shower at the same time. The water in the shower splashes everywhere and flows towards the room itself. As mentioned, our experience was positive and we thank you for hosting us. bless you!

Truly amazing experience with this hotel! The gave us a warm welcoming by the front desk and manager Milan, personally escorted to the room and help with our baby stroller and luggage where we were welcomed with sparkling wine and chocolate. Room was spotless, and clean every morning. They arranged a very nice crib for our baby. Room had a large balcony with easy access that we used in the evenings. Good wifi. Breakfast was amazing, good variety of deli and smoked meat, 4 different kind of eggs, a few salads, a good soft and hard cheese selection, a few different salads and variety of freshly baked bread. Juices, coffee, tea, fruity water. All you can ask for really. Checkout was great as well, and they allowed us to leave the luggage at secured place until late. Would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Overall it was very good stay. There is nothing which I didn't like.

We enjoyed very much our staying at Leonardo Otto Wagner. It's not in the middle of the city, so the price was cheaper, but surprinsingly its location was even better than any other hotel's one. With the U Metro and other excelent transportation means you can get in a few minutes to any place in town or even out of town. The staff was excelent, always ready to help with a smile, the room was equiped and clean enough, the wifi was impecable. In short, all we needed to make our staying in Viena a perfect one.
