The biggest tennis event of the year takes place annually at the All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club in Wimbledon. The first championships took place here in 1877 and since then all the tennis greats have played in these majestic grounds. The action takes place between 2nd July and 15th July 2018. While some lucky fans will have gained their ballot tickets, swarms of fans travel to the grounds early each morning of the tournament and queue for hours in the hopes of getting a ticket to sit on the hill, enjoy the Wimbledon strawberries and watch the action on the big screens. Public transport will be your best option as parking would be difficult during the tournament.
