Leonardo Hotels uses strategic partnerships to drive expansion
Apr 01, 2025Berlin, 1st April 2025 – Leonardo Hotels Central Europe is continuing to pursue its course of expansion by investing in the future. The Fattal Partnership III, which was established in January 2024 and has an investment volume of €419 million, represents a key milestone for the company’s growth strategy. €217 million of this sum is being provided by Fattal Properties (Europe). Over the period of a single year, 23 hotels in the Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Ireland and the United Kingdom have been acquired for a total of around €604 million as part of this partnership. Leonardo Hotels took over 12 hotels in the Netherlands for approximately €370 million in July 2024 alone. A new partnership, the fourth of its kind, is already at the planning stage. The lifestyle brand NYX Hotels by Leonardo Hotels, for which several properties are in the pipeline, is one of the engines of expansion. The group is also committing strongly to its new Leonardo Limited Edition brand, a carefully curated collection of individual hotels.
