We pride ourselves in the learning and development we offer to all team members. There are approximately 250 employees on our internal development programmes at any given time; upon completion we take the time to celebrate their hard work and commitment to learning. We are also very pleased that over 70% of our General Managers and Hotel Managers joined the business in operational roles, and have progressed through the Company with the help of our brilliant programmes, and the opportunities available within our growing business.
