Everything was great, only the breakfast room could be a bit more cozy

This is at least our fourth stay in the hotel. The location is wonderful and the staff unfailingly friendly and helpful. The place is starting to show its age (some threadbare carpets), and some of the rooms are a bit quirky (sloping floors, pillars). The elevator is tiny and doesn't allow one to choose up or down. If I were redoing the place, I'd get room doors that pull shut silently. I'd also be a bit more systematic about labeling what's what in the breakfast room (specifically, what's poultry and what's pork). But overall, it's a very welcoming and nice place, and we always feel good about being there. Breakfast offerings are very good (I think you need to up your game on pretzels, however -- the ones across the street in the Baeckerei are much better). We appreciated getting a special gift of berries and cookies. As I said, we always enjoy our stay there.

Clean hotel, friendly, helpful staff. Rooms not huge but comfortable and more than adequate for our four day stay. Excellent sound-proofing from traffic noise. One small issue (OK, two). I'm not a great fan of glass bathroom doors - always feels a little exposed. Also the shower wasn't fully sealed so we got puddles on the floor.

The breakfast is too small. This is impossible to change. If you have data it might be go to say when it is especially busy / quiet.

Very good breakfast, the decoration in the breakfastroom was nice.

Personnel was extra friendly and helpful, responding rapidly and thoroughly to questions via email even before arriving. Upon arrival they offered to help with the stroller and baby things, and were accommodating about the parking options. Room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. Overall a good experience.

Sarah and Rogel were exceptionally great and deseve honor.

Miss Ramirez made my stay to a fantastic experience from the very first moment on. She was very attentive and able to make me feel like home. Without staff like Mrs Ramirez I probably wouldn’t book this hotel again because of the poor room isolation. Assets like her are gold for any enterprise. I have to congratulate Savoy for this excellent pick.

Located just outside the main square, however there are some great restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. Hotel was small and personal. Reception staff were very informative, would go back! Breakfast team were amazing, good selection.

One of the room had a very small shower.

Excellent hotel, first rate service and hospitality BUT, upon arrival it became clear that there is no deluxe room despite the very early reservation and the confirmation, weeks ahead of our visit, that such a room is kept for us. This was fixed on the second night but should not have happened.
