1. Why is my membership moving over?

Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland are part of the wider Leonardo Hotels Group. Over the past 2 years we have rebranded our Jurys Inns hotels to Leonardo and we now feel that the time is right to combine our websites and our loyalty schemes onto one great platform.

Changes from Leonardo Rewards to Advantage club will not affect Business Booker acccounts. 

2. What does this mean for my loyalty membership?

At the moment you are a member of Leonardo Rewards and this scheme allows you to earn points when you stay in any of our hotels in the UK & Ireland. You can redeem these points against a stay in our UK & Ireland hotels or against  Love2Shop vouchers and Virgin Wines. The last date to redeem your points for Love2shop, Virgin Wines and hotel vouchers is 31st October 2024.

With the amalgamation of the two schemes, your membership and your points will move to the Leonardo Advantage Club platform.

3. Will my membership transfer over?

Yes your membership and points as well as future bookings will transfer over to the new scheme.

Missing points must be claimed before Leonardo Rewards merges with Leonardo Advantage Club, after the merge, points can no longer be back dated. Please login to your account and complete the Membership Query form in the 'Help' section for any queries on missing points or transactions. We can only backdate points from the last 3 months.

4. When will I be able to see my points in the new scheme?

On the day of migration (Mid November) you will get an email welcoming you to Advantage Club and inviting you to log in to your new account.

5. When will the current Leonardo Rewards scheme close?

We do not have an exact date but the scheme will close around the end of October. We will send a communication with the exact date closer to the time.

6. Will my points transfer over?

Yes, your full points value will transfer over to Advantage Club. However, because both schemes do not calculate points in the same way your number of points will appear different.
For example if you had £/€100 worth of points in Leonardo Rewards, you will have the same in Leonardo Advantage Club.

7. What is Leonardo Advantage Club?

It is a hotel membership rewards scheme and is quite similar to Leonardo Rewards. Unlike Leonardo Rewards, Leonardo Advantage Club is a Europe wide scheme so you will have opportunities to redeem your points against stays in locations such as Rome, Barcelona, Berlin, Ibiza, Majorca and Salzburg.

8. What are the differences between the two schemes – do I lose any benefits?

The main difference is that you will no longer redeem your points against Virgin Wines and Love2Shop vouchers, as well as hotel vouchers such as free breakfast.

Whereas many of the in hotel benefits are the same, initially some benefits will no longer be available, such as daily coffee vouchers and complimentary in room water for certain tiers.

However, we think the opportunities to use your points in far more exciting locations is a huge new advantage and we hope that you get to enjoy using your points in over 250 hotels across Europe.
