The Lanes car park is situated just underneath the hotel. There are 2 entrances, one off Black Lyon Street and one directly at the front. The car park is on a first arrive first serve basis therefore spaces cannot be reserved in advance. The hotel lifts are situated on level -2 and -4. A ticket will be provided at the entrance through the machine.
Please keep the ticket and present it at the Front Desk at your check out time or if you need to leave the car park. Our residents receive a discounted rate of £29.00 for 24 hours. Including the resident discount, our car park is one of the cheapest options in Brighton.

By foot
We are a 5 minute walk from the city centre. From the Brighton Royal Pavilion, walk towards the coast and go straight through the roundabout on to East Street. Turn right onto King’s Road and the hotel will be on your right.
By car
From North Street go straight through the roundabout towards Castle Square and through Steine gardens turning right onto Old Steine. Stay slightly left to stay on Old Steine and at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Grand Junction Road/Kings Road. Take a sharp right and the hotel will be on your left.
Brighton is accessible from all the major London airports however Gatwick is the closest.
By car
Head southwest on Ring Road South turning right onto Eastway and then turn right again onto Ring Road North. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the M23 heading to London/Brighton/Crawley/Dartford/Heathrow airport/M25. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the M23 ramp to Brighton and continue onto the A23. Continue to the next roundabout and take the 3rd exit onto Mill Road. After 1 mile you will come to another roundabout, take the 1st exit to Dyke Road Avenue and drive for a mile before you turn right onto Woodruff Avenue. Turn left at the 2nd cross street onto Shirley Drive. Turn left onto Kingsway/A259 and your destination will be on your left.
By train
The Gatwick Express will take you from Gatwick Airport to Brighton in just 22 minutes. From the train station it is a 15 minute walk to Leonardo Royal Hotel Brighton Waterfront. See ‘Brighton Train Station’ for directions.
