The hotel fully met our expectations. The stay was comfortable. Check-in and check-in were fast and hassle-free. Transfer to/from the airport was convenient and fast. The only thing that bothered me was the lack of slippers in the room and the narrow blankets.

I was traveling with my two children and all three of us had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The best thing about the hotel was the friendly staff who were all so welcoming, especially the bar staff to the children. We stayed for two nights and had breakfast both mornings which was delicious. The hotel was in close proximity to the airport which made our travels easy. Overall we had a brilliant weekend, thanks largely to this hotel. Thank you.

Outstanding hotel it’s a shame they wouldn't allow me to have a coffee and danish for breakfast even though I had paid for breakfast and everything was set out ready to serve

Everything about our stay was very good. The rooms were very good, spacious, and super clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We traveled by car, so the location was not a problem. My only complaint was the price of the water at the bar. I have bought two bottles of still water and paid around 15 euros. The most expensive water I have drunk for years :(

This hotel is excellent, the free shuttle service is great and they will help you with information on how to get to city centre by train station. Everything was 10/10 the room, hotel, cleanliness. If we ever come back to cologne we will stay here 100%.

The hotel is very convenient, because of the proximity to the airport and the parking facility. Our first impression was negative, because of the environment, the construction works in the neighbourhood and the difficulties to find the hotel at first. However, when we arrived in the hotel the negative impression immediately disappeared and we were positively surprised by the nice decoration and atmosphere in the lobby entrance and the nice room. Our stay was only for 1 night, but we hope to come back !

Globaly quite good. Two topic for improvement, room cleaning, somedays is missing without a reason and sometimes ther are not clean glases at the Gym, specially by the end of the day.

Wonderful hotel - very happy I have found it. I will organize all my stays in Cologne now with them.

I found this hotel amazing value for money. The room was clean and had everything we needed, although we drink and apparently tea is not a standard item they offer free in the room. The staff were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help. I ordered food from outside to be delivered to the hotel, I was waiting over an hour and when I phoned the shop they hung up on me probably because I did not speak German. I told the receptionist and she kindly phoned the shop and resolved it for us. The hotel in general is so lovely and I wish I could have stayed longer, we had a lovely sleep and was very quiet. I would highly recommend to anyone. The free airport shuttle was also very quick and so close to the airport. Thank you Leonardo Royal

Although I don't remember the name of the staff member at reception who assisted me with both check-in and check-out, she made the experience truly pleasant. She was extremely helpful and welcoming.

One semi-negative comment. The functionality of TV in the room no. 130. There is a problem with TV. When you start watching it, TV picture disappears after some time and you can only hear the voice. To get it working again you need to turn it off and on again. It happens every 5-10 minutes and it's a bit annoying. I believe that it's easy to fix. The rest is very positive.

Last week I was a guest at your hotel. A lone traveler - I really had the feeling I was looked after efficiently, super friendly and correct. Cleanliness of the room in general fine - just the walls in the bathroom had unidentified splashes of something on there, which I took upon myself to clean. Overall a great experience - so much so that I have just booked for next year again. Then I will bring my partner to enjoy your wonderful hotel!

After our holiday with a family of six people we stayed one night in this beautiful hotel before we drove back to the Netherlands. The hotel was great, with beautiful and nicely decorated and maintained rooms. We came with two people in a wheelchair. The wheelchair room was great. Finally we were helped well by the very friendly staff. Thank you very much. We highly recommend this hotel!

I really liked the hotel. Close to the airport, there is a free transfer. The staff is all friendly, the rooms are large. The restaurant is super, a very large selection of dishes for every taste, they serve champagne for breakfast, a lot of lactose-free dishes, the staff quickly takes away the dishes. I will recommend it to friends.

Super late check in and early departure but staff were super friendly! Definitely recommend for a quick stay in Cologne

Stayed here for Euro 24 and used it as a base. Staff were generally helpful and friendly especially the bar staff and lady who drove the airport shuttle during the day. Excellent facilities and standard of accommodation. A little away from the airport but we used the shuttle in the morning to get to the airport S station and into the city. The one down side was although we were given a telephone number to call when at the airport to be picked up nobody ever answered the call. This happened every evening we were there. Ended up paying for taxis so cost us an extra £60 we weren't expecting. Nobody seemed to know why the phone wasn't being answered. If they had remedied that the stay rating would have been higher score. It is a good hotel.

Hotel is new, well organised and clean.Exelent connections to airport. From there you can easily access other public transport. Room was large and well desined. Bathroom was luxurious. Big dubble bad, a little bit on the soft side..Very strong A/C.

Relaxed atmosphere in a very modern and well equipped hotel.

Was a great experience, shuttle taxi to and from the airport for free, very helpful staff, brilliant rooms with a very comfortable bed. Price was over the usual average price due to euro 2024. All in all a great experience.
