Searching for festivals in Manchester? If you’re a fan of Italian food, make sure to visit Festa Italiana this summer. Taking place in Cathedral Gardens in Manchester City Centre, this is a vibrant weekend-long festival celebrating Italian food, drink and culture.
Festa Italiana is inspired by Manchester’s Italian heritage and centres around the community coming together to socialise and enjoy delicious food. The 2021 festival saw 40,000 people head to the city centre to participate, and this year’s festival is expected to be just as popular. Attend expert cooking demonstrations and sample tasty Italian cuisine from local restaurants.

This summer, join in the fun at the annual Manchester Pride Festival. This event is a celebration of the LGBTIQA+ community and takes place across the full August bank holiday weekend in Manchester City Centre.
The festival involves a range of different events. The Manchester Pride Parade will take place on the 27th of August, where people come together in the city to march for peace.

The UK’s largest touring Gin and Rum Festival is coming to Manchester this September – don’t miss out!
