So, we've outlined a few key events buzzwords to help you get to grips with the world of event-planning jargon.
Advance Registration
Attendees are able to register to attend before the event, often at a discounted "early-bird" rate.
Agenda
This is your list of what will be covered during the meeting or conference, including speakers, timings and presentations.
Airport Hotel
A hotel located close to a major airport. Great for business travellers. Most airport hotels should have great conference facilities designed for this audience, such as Leonardo Hotel and Conference Venue Aberdeen Airport and Leonardo Hotel East Midlands Airport.

Seating planned around tables so that no delegates have their backs to the stage or speaker

This is a confirmed bedroom rate offered to attendees attending your event, often discounted if it's a group booking.
Room Turnover
The amount of time you'll need to allocate to change the event space around. For example a meeting room set-up, turned over for an evening awards dinner.
