January 26th through the 30th will mark the 5th anniversary for the Temple Bar Tradfest in 2011.This festival is a celebration of true Irish culture. It includes pub trails, restaurant trails, concerts, parades, marching pipe bands, film screenings, street performers, a playground and even some free street entertainment. It's no surprise that the Temple Bar Tradfest has been awarded the title of Best Traditional Festival at the Irish Festival Awards.
Temple Bar Tradfest: Music Acts Many of this year's musical acts will be hosted by the Christ Church Cathedral, and other acts may be held in the Project Arts Centre. Many acts are new to the Irish music scene but are being highly regarded by critics. Some of them include:

Temple Bar Tradfest Details: Temple Bar Tradfest will begin on Wednesday, January 26 and will end on Sunday, January 30. The Temple Bar is located in Dublin's Cultural Quarter in the city's centre. Tickets may also be purchased from the Box Office, which has several locations throughout Dublin at the city's Tourism Information Centres.
