This September, the public is invited to a special event at the historic Clarence House, which is the home of the Prince of Wales. This Clarence House Garden Party in London is being touted as the Garden Party To Make A Difference, and the purpose of the party is to promote environmental issues and eco-friendly living practices. The event will allow the public the rare opportunity to view Prince Charles's gardens and to also explore the grounds of Lancaster House and Marlborough House in addition to Clarence House.
Clarence House Garden Party Events There are several events that are taking place during the course of the Clarence House Garden Party. There will be over 100 different exhibitions to look at and plenty of interactive events as well. Several environmental activists, musicians and comedians are scheduled to perform and speak out on environmental issues. These guests include Jools Holland, Dame Vivienne Westwood, Clive Anderson, Sanjeev Bhaksar and more. Interactive events will allow guests to learn how to cook using eco-friendly techniques and to create bags using recycled materials. There will also be environmentally friendly technology on display for the guests to learn about and to try out for themselves.
Clarence House Garden Party Details This 12-day Clarence House Garden Party in London will begin on September 8th and will run until September 19th. The festival will be open between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM each day; however, admission is only open until 4:00 PM. The price of admission is £7.50 for children and £15 for adults.
