Birmingham’s Botanical Gardens are a brilliant place to visit all year round. In the summertime, you can stroll around the 15 acres of picturesque gardens in the sunshine. In the wintertime, kids can enjoy exploring the four glasshouses – including a Subtropical House and a Mediterranean House – and learn about the different kinds of botanical plants.
Head out on one of the educational walking trails, including Magical Plants and Garden Minibeasts, among others.
