A real city gem, The Philharmonic Dining Rooms oozes history and heritage housed in one of the most beautiful buildings in Liverpool. This grade II listed building offers stunning wooden décor and ‘Art Nouveau’ detailing that makes guests feel like they have stepped back in time.
