Great Hotel in the center of Bilbao, modern room, lovely breakfast. Friendly staff. Located between the old and new town of Bilbao right by the river and within walking distance to most of the attractions. Highly recommend it.

We were very happy that the front desk staff assisted us in forwarding on a bag left in our room. We were very grateful for their assistance.

Superbly located hotel within a very short walk of Plaza Nueva. We had a large terrace with a great bathroom and a large comfortable bed. Staff were on the whole friendly and helpful.

Great location, really clean facilities and a beautiful city view, yet our experience was undermined by the restaurant’s staff rudeness during breakfast, as they almost refused to accomodate us despite the obvious availability of tables.

Ideally situated for the old town with its square full of bars. 25 minutes gentle walk along the river to the Guggenheim.

I've visited this hotel before and had the same good experience, friendly staff and beatiful hotel, ideally positioned in the city. This time I had a room which was of lower quality and view, but all the required comfort was available, besides tissues. Anyhow, the total experience is good.

Perfect location with friendly staff. The room was fine, though it was often quite cold. We asked for an extra blanket. The bathroom was very good, but placed in the middle of the room and would not really be suitable for two people sharing who were not a couple, as it seemed to lack privacy. It would have been good if there had been Netflix or some channels in English over and above BBC News. Overall though, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was value for money and very near to public transport station and Taxi

The hotel location is fantastic and the facilities are great. There should be a warning about the toilets being glass since some people may find this intimidating, it was challenging for our children. The views were breathtaking. The breakfast can be improved.

Overall a pleasant experience.

Minor point but the cups in the room were difficult to hold when full of hot drink as no handles. Restaurant food was not particularly good. Room and hotel generally very clean and the hotel was very central. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

The hotel was perfectly located without being noisy. The staff were very friendly and the hotel manager was great with any enquiries we had. She would go above and beyond to help.the guests

Everything in the hotel was exelent. I was completely satisfied there. The only thing I missed was a menu card with a larger offer. I had a dinner there every evening and a guality was exelent. But I had to repeat the same food

Clean, comfortable bed, really good shower, pleasant staff and good breakfast selection. Not sure the decor is to my taste but that's not really important - the positives lve listed above are important for any hotel stay. Enjoyed my visit.

Wonderful hotel, staff a location.

Absolutely perfect base for a trip to Bilbao. Ideally located next to Plaza Nueva in Casco Viejo but close to downtown Bilbao via tram, bus and metro. Huge bed, powerful shower, enormous fluffy bath towels, absolute silence from street noise, gentle door closing and multi-lingual staff. Loved the glass panelled bathroom

Would highly recommend hotel, but take breakfast in a nearby small cafe for better experience

The hotel was amazing, what a treat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent and the staff very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Little to add - great hotel in Bilbao, well located for all attractions, old town and railway station.

A hip spot, easily walkable to almost anything one wants to see and visit in Bilbao and close to the subway for easy connections virtually anywhere in Spain. The room was comfortable, though slightly worn with scuffed walls and a few marks on the floor. The partially frosted glass bathroom walls may be a turn off to those more modest or not related. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and I would not hesitate to stay again.

Only 2 opportunities for improvement noted - 1. Room 514 - no hooks beside the shower for a towel, they were across the bathroom meaning water all over the floor - 2. The tables in the restaurant are varnished and sticky to the touch, or just not cleaned properly, maybe a hangover from a Covid treatment

Great location, nice hotel

Very nice hotel in a great location. Hotel was smart and always smelt wonderful! Helpful staff. Room serviced every day. Very good breakfast. Rooms a tad small with not much room for luggage. And I’m really not a fan of the trend for frosted glass bathrooms in the bedroom. Not private enough.

Lovely stay. Perfectly placed hotel on the edge of the Old Town. Rooms cleaned daily. Good sized room and bathroom with great city views. Enjoyed the rooftop bar. Food was nice and fresh at breakfast time and a lovely restaurant area. Would recommend.
