I could not check full transportation opportunities - metro did not work, but connection to down town by bus was ok.

They are very kind and make sure that guests have everything they need and are completely satisfied. The room was very clean. Excellent housekeeping staff, as well as the rest of the team we had the chance to meet. Highly recommended!

The Best stay in Europe

What we did liked about this hotel? Everything! 1. Room size and facilities in the room- including small coffee machine, kettle, safety lockers and small fridge. 2. Cleanliness- spot on. 3. Comfortable beds. 4. Large walk-in shower. 5. Roof terrace with swimming pool and panoramic view for the city (beautiful sunset watching) 6. Great view from room (8th floor). 7. Lobby with bar- great, cosy atmosphere to chill out after long day of sightseeing. 8. Good location- not close to centre but as great public transport in Barcelona easy to move around. Lots of local shops and coffee places in walking distance from hotel. 9. Friendly staff, reception open 24hrs. 10. Modern design.

From start to finish, a great hotel experience. Really liked the bar and attentive staff. Very clean throughout. Comfortable beds and liked the soap!

This hotel is simply wonderful. We arrived a bit early, and they kindly allowed us to leave our backpacks, which we really appreciated. Thanks to this, we could explore the city without any worries. We were also able to leave our luggage after check-out. The room was very clean, and there was free water provided. The hotel also has a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire city. The location is perfect! I highly recommend this place—you will definitely have an amazing vacation here!

Overall stay was good. Ms Mena at the desk was so helpful that made the stay and travelling easy. Breakfast buffet spread was good.

While my stay was only for 2 nights, everything from check in, to a beverage at the bar, the room & bed, the breakfast and check was all a good experience. Very friendly staff especially the check in, front desk and bar staff.

Everything in the hotel was great, staff, food, comfortable beds, very nice rooms. I especially enjoyed the rooftop, I had it all to myself, and it gave me very needed peace with amazing view. Thank you ❤️

The hotel itself is really great for a short business trip.

Everything was great during my stay in this hotel, 100% sastify.

Except It is a bit far from the central, everything we feel comfortable. It is easy to get taxi and Uber, the cost is around 13€ to 18€ to the central. Bus number H16 from central to hotel 2.5€ , walk 5mins from Main Street.

We stayed for one night in advance of a cruise. Staff were all friendly and the accommodation was great. Easy walking distance to local restaurants and facilities, though not in the heart of Barcelona.

I was happy with just about everything at this hotel. Beautiful hotel, very modern, nice bedroom, very big comfortable bathroom with a shower that is easy to use. My only (minor) complaint was that I did not know how to get the soap out of the soap dispenser and I had to call down to reception to ask. The man told me I just had to squeeze it! But that was not intuitive because there is a sort of metal part at the back of the soap dispenser that I thought I had to either pull or push.

We had a lovely time. Everyone was very nice and friendly the room was big and spotless clean. and bed was super comfy. The view was spectacular. And breakfast was very delicious. Thank you for such a pleasant lovely holiday..

We really enjoyed our two day stay at the hotel. The location for our cruise departure was excellent and hotel was good value. However, we did not use any other hotel food or beverage services because we thought the amount charged for the early check in was too high. While the hotel can charge what it wants, I can determine how I can spend my money otherwise.

I enjoyed my stay at Leonardo Royal Hotel! The room was nice and I enjoyed the restaurant/bar. The staff were friendly assisted with any issues/requests. The location is not far from the city center and has lots of local places within walking distance for food. It’s also close to “gran via 2” mall which is a very large shopping mall to enjoy.

Room 620 had an odour of stale drains each time we entered, otherwise a nice room. Restaurant at lunchtime and breakfast was excellent, lovely food and very attentive staff, same for the bar.

The hotel's facilities are good, but for a 4-star hotel, every room should have bathrobes and slippers.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating, helpful, and resourceful at each, and every time we spoke to them. The breakfast and staff were amazing and the hotel was beautiful, clean and very up-to-date.

Facilities, Hotel and amenities were first class & all staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and polite. Well done a first class hotel experience - Thank you to all your excellent team of staff, nothing was too much to ask and this is a rare commodity.

There were cockroaches in the dinning area and the roof leaked. The bartenders were great and Maya was The Best!!

Great hotel and location, kind, respectful and attentive stuff (from housekeeping, bar to reception). Great food and drinks.
